Will it work for my business?

Yes! It’s hard to imagine a business that would not benefit from being able to triage calls, conduct market research, answer FAQs, book appointments, make sales and gather leads.

How easy is it to integrate an AI Assistant with my current website?

It only takes the addition of a single line of code to integrate your AI Assistant into your website, whether you’re using WordPress, Shopify, Click Funnels, Squarespace, or Wix. You can choose to have the Assistant on a specific page, or all pages. You might want to have multiple Assistants who are trained on specific tasks, for example answering FAQs, on different pages.

Is the AI Assistant customisable to my specific business needs?

Our AI chatbots can be ‘trained’ to reflect your business’s unique attributes and requirements, from the tone of interactions to the information provided.

Can the AI Assistant handle complex inquiries?

Yes! They are capable of engaging in human-like, two-way conversations, making them excellent at handling both simple and complex customer inquiries. This is where they differ from our Starter chatbots, which are ‘untrained’, and follow a prescribed information flow. If your AI Assistant is unable to answer a question, they can provide contact details for follow up with a human, or a message of your choosing.

What kind of information can the AI Assistant collect?

Our AI Assistants can capture essential information such as emails, names, phone numbers, and more, helping you turn casual visitors into loyal customers.

How safe is my data?

We use industry standard server and data protections with encrypted passwords and restricted access, with the biggest protection being a limit to the amount of information requested by each individual AI Assistant to the minimum required.

What do I need to do?

If you would like to order your own AI Assistant, simply send through an email request and we will set up a time for an intake call. Once your AI Assistant has been created and approved, we will provide you, or your website developer, with the line of code to be placed on your website. That’s it!

How long does it take to get my AI Assistant

We work towards a 7-day turnaround for the creation of AI Assistants (Monday to Friday).

What happens once the AI Assistant is installed?

The email account you have nominated will receive instant notifications of engagement and chat records, including requested contact details. If the AI Assistant has been linked to your bookings system, you should also begin receiving additional bookings. If you don’t currently have a bookings page, you can set up a free online Calendly account for this purpose.

Can I make changes to my AI Assistant once it has been deployed?

You can make one set of changes within the first 14 days at no cost. After this time, a fee of $100, including GST, will be payable for each set of changes.

Payment terms

You will be invoiced after 14 days, with payment due within 7 days. If an account is unpaid, the AI Assistant will be deactivated.
